Gina Healing and Wellness Center follows a Direct Primary Care Hybrid Model. This allows for longer and focused visits to address the underlying causes of the health issues and not only the symptoms. We will help you develop healthy practices, habits and lifestyle rhythms to improve your overall well-being. A convenient monthly fees gives you access to in-office care, telehealth, therapeutic art coaching and fitness coaching.
We provide buprenorphine Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) for substance use disorder.
MEMBERSHIP: Monthly fee includes unlimited medical scheduled visits (based on schedule availability), screening questionnaires, telehealth, 1 hour therapeutic art coaching session a month, and one thirty-minute fitness coaching session a month.

Cognitive coaching aims to explore thinking patterns (and the behaviors produced by such thoughts) that are affecting general health and wellbeing, productivity, self-esteem, self-efficacy, and relationships. Cognitive coaching helps develop habits and strategies to train the brain to redirect and reframe your thoughts.
